Return and Refund Policy

At Art Kolkata, we manufacture and supply moulds for cement casting, RCC, POP, GRC, concrete, fibre and other casting applications. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy

Art Kolkata follows a No Return Policy.

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, products cannot normally be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or because the product is no longer required.

Customers are requested to carefully verify the product model, size, dimensions, number of parts, quantity and specifications before placing an order.

2. Damaged Products

If a product is damaged during transportation, the customer must contact Art Kolkata as soon as possible after delivery.

For a damage claim, the customer may be required to provide:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the outer packaging
• Clear photographs of the damaged product
• Unboxing video
• Other information requested by Art Kolkata

The claim will be reviewed by our team before any resolution is provided.

3. Incorrect Product

If Art Kolkata accidentally sends a product different from the product ordered, please contact us promptly with the order details and clear photographs/videos of the product received.

After verification, Art Kolkata may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the incorrect product where applicable.

4. Manufacturing Issues

If you believe there is a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly after receiving the product with clear photographs/videos and order details.

The issue will be inspected and evaluated by Art Kolkata. A replacement or other suitable resolution may be provided if the issue is verified as a genuine manufacturing defect.

5. Customised Products

Customised or specially manufactured products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund once production has started, unless the product supplied is incorrect or has a verified manufacturing issue attributable to Art Kolkata.

Customers must confirm all custom requirements, dimensions and specifications before production.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.

Once an order has entered the manufacturing, packing or dispatch process, cancellation may not be possible.

If Art Kolkata approves a cancellation before processing or dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable payment and refund conditions.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable where Art Kolkata has approved a refund under this policy.

Once approved, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method determined by Art Kolkata.

The time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Incorrect size or model ordered by the customer
• Products no longer required
• Customer-provided incorrect delivery information
• Failure to accept delivery
• Delays caused by the customer
• Improper use or handling of the product
• Damage caused after successful delivery due to misuse or mishandling
• Customised products where production has already started

9. Delivery Refusal

Customers should not refuse delivery without first contacting Art Kolkata.

If an order is returned to us because the customer refused delivery or was unavailable to receive the shipment, additional shipping or handling charges may apply, and a refund may not be available.

10. Important Product Information

Our moulds are manufactured for casting applications. Minor variations in colour, texture, finish or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes and photography.

Such minor variations do not automatically qualify as a reason for return or refund.
